UNIT L5-OPN is designed to perform operations of grinding, mixing, melting and, if necessary, cooling of cheese mass.

The chamber for grinding and straightening cheese is loaded with a lift, which lifts the cart with raw materials and tips it into the receiving bin. After this, the process of preliminary and fine grinding of raw materials occurs using two-bladed sickle-shaped knives, as well as the melting process. Then the melted cheese mass is unloaded through a slide gate into the unloading cart.
The feeder trolley pumps the melted cheese mass through pipelines to the packaging equipment or to a floor trolley.
The steam preparation station ensures the purification of superheated steam from mechanical impurities, condensed moisture and maintains pressure at the outlet.
The control system and the panel of the CHEESE MELTING BOILER L5 OPN unit are made on a modern element base. In addition, the unit is equipped with a gear motor of the Italian company “STM riduttori”, as well as pneumatics of the companies “Festo” and “Camozzi”.
In addition to its main purpose, the L5 OPN CHEESE MELTING BOILER is successfully used for the production of various cheese products, fruit and berry fillings, and milk-based fillings, which allows for a significant reduction in the cost of dairy products, as well as confectionery products.
The delivery set includes: a crusher-melter with a lift, a feeder trolley, a steam preparation station, and electrical equipment.
