BUTTER PRODUCTION UNIT A1 OMI is designed for producing butter by continuous churning, with the possibility of producing low-fat butter with a moisture content of up to 35%.
BUTTER PRODUCTION UNIT A1 OMI allows to produce the following types of butter: Vologda, salted, unsalted, amateur, peasant, sandwich. The process of obtaining butter is fully automated (from feeding ripened cream into the unit to obtaining the finished product).
All parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel. The unit is equipped with a moisture dosing device, which allows maintaining a certain percentage of moisture in the oil depending on the grade.
The presence of a vacuum pump ensures the production of high-quality oil without air access.
The electric drive of the unit provides for smooth switching on of the churner and allows for adjustment of its rotation speed (depending on obtaining the desired grade of oil) from 50 to 2900 rpm.
The unit is equipped with a non-disassemblable cleaner, which allows the car to be washed after the oil has been used up.
