FNP automatic machine for packaging pates

The FNP machine packs pasty products (including pates) into a laminated container with welded lids (aluminum foil).

Features of the automatic packaging mode:

– placing the glass in the cell of the turntable;

– date stamping (embossing on the bottom of the container);

– dosage;

– laying foil;

– foil welding;

– removing the glass

The machine is equipped with round laminar cups. The machine has a capacity of up to 25 doses per minute, the dose parameters are in the range: a) 30-150 ml b) 50-250 ml. The containers used include cups and lids – according to the customer’s technical specifications. Overall dimensions: 1500 * 1200 * 1500 mm, weight – up to 250 kg.

The FNP machine has 2 configurations – basic and maximum (completely made of stainless steel). 12-month warranty.

Additional units that may need to be additionally equipped with the FNP Machine:

– drop separation unit;

– modification of the dispenser for products with inclusions;

– lifting the glass under the dispenser;

– mixer in the dispenser hopper.

More details about the additional options listed above:

– drop separation unit – necessary to prevent product dripping when the table is turned (the drop separation unit for liquid products works as a stopper, and for thick products it is reconfigured and pulls in the drop);

– modification of the dispenser for products with inclusions – this option will allow the valve to work without jamming, even if the product has inclusions;

– raising the glass under the dispenser prevents splashing of the product during dosing;

– mixer in the dosing hopper – used for packaging heterogeneous products and ensures their uniform mixing.

Requirements for cups: cups must be freely separated from each other (for automatic stacking).
