Autoclave basket loading mechanism

The system is designed to load filled containers into the autoclave basket and consists of a hydraulic scissor-type lift, a storage conveyor and a loading device. All main parts of the loader are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The operator brings the basket, installed and fixed on the transport trolley, and places it on the rails of the lift and fixes it in the frame cavity with a latch. The cans fall on the accumulation conveyor of the loading line, which has the width of the autoclave basket. The operator uses a joystick to lift the movable bottom with a perforated gasket to the required height and uses another joystick to control the shift bar and the next layer of cans moves from the accumulation conveyor to the basket. Then the operator places a perforated gasket (separator) on the cans in the basket and repeats all operations again until the last layer in the basket is filled.
